General Terms & Eligibility

Welcome to the bdjle platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bdjle and all its users ("Members"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on this platform, you fully agree to these Terms.

To use this platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is legally permitted.
• You must confirm that you are of sound mind and are using this service voluntarily.
• You must have a valid and active account.

bdjle reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's access to the platform at any time, without prior notice.

Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on bdjle, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. If the information provided at registration is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, bdjle reserves the right to close that account and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. If a single individual holds multiple accounts, this will be treated as bonus abuse and all accounts may be closed. Cases involving multiple members of the same household or device can be resolved upon request.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported to bdjle support immediately. bdjle is not responsible for any misuse of your account by a third party.

2.4 Identity Verification

bdjle may at any time request a government-issued ID, banking documents, or other records for identity verification. If verification is not completed, certain account functions may be restricted.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on bdjle: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other methods are currently active.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Transactions below these limits will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, processing times may vary if identity verification is incomplete or due to technical reasons.

3.4 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Deposits and withdrawals must be made only through a payment method registered in the same name as the account holder. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited, and violation of this policy may result in account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 in bets must be placed to complete the wagering requirement.

4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

Specific terms may apply at the time a bonus is issued. Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used on designated games. bdjle reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse or manipulation is suspected.

4.4 Right to Modify Promotions

bdjle reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the terms of any promotion or offer at any time. Such changes may be made without prior notice.

Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

Every bet is considered final once confirmed. Bets placed incorrectly due to a technical error may be cancelled, but bdjle's decision on such matters is final.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each type of sport when placing bets on the sportsbook. Results for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are determined by internationally recognized rules. If an event is cancelled, the associated bet will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game is governed by its own specific rules. In the event of a conflict between general and specific rules, the specific rules will take precedence. bdjle's technical logs will be treated as the final proof in any dispute regarding game outcomes.

5.4 Unfair Advantage Prohibited

Gaining an unfair advantage through arbitrage betting, use of bots, modification of game software, or any other improper method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, bdjle may investigate the account and place a hold on deposited funds.

VIP Program & Reward Structure

bdjle's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on a member's activity and overall participation. bdjle reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

Responsible Gaming

bdjle believes gaming should be a form of entertainment. We encourage our members to play responsibly. To support this, we provide the following options:

• The ability to set deposit limits.
• The option to temporarily or permanently suspend your account.
• The option to self-exclude.
• Professional guidance available through 24/7 support.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjle platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Using automated bots or software to cheat the gaming system.
• Gaining unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts under false identities.
• Filing a fraudulent payment dispute (chargeback) against bdjle.

If any such activity is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

Data is shared with third parties only to meet legal requirements or for the purpose of fraud prevention.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. bdjle provides 24/7 assistance in both Bengali and English via live chat and email ([email protected]).

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may submit a formal written complaint to a higher level. Both parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute.

Limitation of Liability

bdjle is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or any other external factors. However, bdjle will make reasonable efforts to provide a resolution in such situations.

bdjle is not liable in any way for financial losses resulting from bet outcomes. Gaming is a risk-based activity and members accept this risk knowingly.

Amendments & Termination

bdjle reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Members will be given as much advance notice as possible for significant changes. However, continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.
